Upload screenshots: dashboards, payouts and certificates
Instead of typing every field by hand, upload a photo or screenshot of your prop firm — dashboard, payout certificate, or challenge-passed badge — and the system reads it for you (OCR + QR code, all local, nothing sent to any external service).
The essentials
- "Upload screenshots" button on Accounts → Funding tab — accepts several images at once.
- The system detects whether it's an account, a payout, or a badge, and fills the fields — review and correct before saving.
- Screenshots stay in your private gallery (horizontal strip on the Funding tab); only you can see them.
- No capture limit: ingestion is free and unlimited on every plan.
How to upload a screenshot
- Go to Accounts → Funding tab and click "Upload screenshots".
- Drag your images or click to choose files — you can select several at once.
- The system analyzes each one and shows a card with what it read: firm, amount, date, account size, etc.
- Review each field. If something wasn't read correctly, fix it by hand before saving — the system remembers that correction for the next time the same error shows up.
- Click "Save" on each card or "Save all" to confirm them all.
What kinds of screenshot it understands
- Payout / Reward
- An individual payout certificate — creates a Payout record linked to the matching account.
- Account / Dashboard
- Your prop firm's dashboard or an account purchase receipt — creates the account if it doesn't exist yet, or updates balance/phase if you already have it.
- Badge / Milestone
- "Challenge passed" certificates or cumulative totals (e.g. "Overall Rewards") — saved in your gallery as a record, but they don't create or duplicate any payout.
- List / history
- An image with several rows — purchase history, challenge or verification listings from your firm — creates or updates several accounts at once. Each row is reviewed and confirmed separately.
Uploading several at once
- If you upload all your account screenshots and then all your payout screenshots in one go, the system saves them in order: accounts first, then payouts, so each payout finds its account already created.
- Each card can be saved, corrected, or discarded independently — you don't need to finish them all at once.
Tips
- If the certificate has a verification QR code, the system uses it to identify the firm more reliably than the text.
- The system prioritizes your own existing accounts before searching the general firm catalog — that means less ambiguity.
- If you have many screenshots of the same certificate design, the first corrections you make improve the reading of the next ones.
- Uploaded something by mistake? Open the capture in the gallery and delete it from the viewer.
Important
Images are processed locally (Tesseract OCR + QR code reading) — nothing is sent to any external AI service or shared with third parties. Only you can see your gallery.
