Log payouts
Payouts are the payments you receive from a propfirm from a Funded account. Tracking them gives you the real project ROI (collected − paid in challenges).
The essentials
- Only payouts marked as accepted count toward the "Payouts received" KPI.
- Each pending → accepted change recalculates the global user ranking.
- If the firm splits, log only what you actually receive (not gross profit).
How to log
- Manual: go to /accounts, "Logged payouts" section → "Log payout" button.
- Automatic: on Accounts → Funding tab click "Upload screenshots" and upload the payment certificate or screenshot — the system reads the firm, amount and date, and lets you review before saving.
- Amount in USD, payment date, method (wire, crypto, etc.).
- Status: pending (requested but not received) or accepted (already in your account).
Impact on metrics
- Only "accepted" payouts add to the "Payouts received" dashboard KPI.
- Every pending → accepted status change automatically recalculates the global user ranking.
- The Funding tab has specific KPIs: total profit (payouts − costs), ROI per firm, monthly evolution.
Tips
- If the propfirm splits (e.g. pays you 80% of profit), log only what you actually receive (not gross profit).
- If you upload the certificate via "Upload screenshots", the image stays in your private gallery — you can look it up again from the Funding tab any time.

Create a prop firm account
Each prop firm account must be registered to assign trades to it, track drawdown and manage payouts.
Move phase (Challenge → Funded)
Each prop firm account can have multiple phases. JournalByTTS tracks them all, not just the current one — so you have the full history.
Firms catalog
/firms is the directory of prop firms the journal works with, along with their preconfigured official rules.
Upload screenshots: dashboards, payouts and certificates
Instead of typing every field by hand, upload a photo or screenshot of your prop firm — dashboard, payout certificate, or challenge-passed badge — and the system reads it for you (OCR + QR code, all local, nothing sent to any external service).
