Avatar is auto-compressed to 300px JPEG quality 70 — no external service needed.
If you signed up with Google you can add your own password for dual login methods.
MT5 API Key is the unique credential JTTS_EA and CopyTradingEA use to authenticate against the journal.

First and last name: Visible to your mentor if you joined an academy, and in the admin panel.

To enable yourself as a mentor in the academy, contact admin — the can_mentor flag is only assigned manually.
