JournalByTTS (journalbytts.xyz) is a trading journal and performance tracker: it lets you record and analyse your trades, manage prop-firm challenges and personal accounts, set personal risk limits, and optionally synchronize data from your trading platforms. The service is operated by Cristian López Ospina (Spain) — contact: info@journalbytts.xyz. By creating an account you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
JournalByTTS is an analysis and record-keeping tool. Nothing in the service is investment advice, a trading recommendation, or a promise of results. Trading leveraged products involves a high risk of losing money. Every trading decision you make is exclusively yours and at your own risk.
The free plan includes up to 10 challenges/accounts. Paid plans raise that limit and are billed through Stripe as recurring subscriptions that you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid period. Prices and plan contents are shown before purchase.
You may not attempt to breach the security of the service, access other users' data, abuse the API, reverse-engineer the distributed EA binaries, or use the service for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that do.
We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, nor your statutory consumer rights.
The application, its design and the EAs are the property of the operator. The data you enter is yours: you can export it and you can ask for its deletion.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the application before taking effect. We may discontinue the service with reasonable prior notice, giving you the chance to export your data.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be submitted to the courts of the user's domicile when the user is a consumer in Spain, or to the courts of Valencia (Spain) otherwise.
